Join me in Bozeman, Montana as we celebrate the bright and vibrant flavors of spring. In this Celebrate Spring Healthy Cooking Class we’ll explore new techniques and plant-centric recipes featuring an abundance of spring fruits and vegetables from appetizer to dessert.
You’ll learn to make naturally fermented, probiotic rich mustard, the best roasted asparagus, caramelized onions, and what may become your new favorite salad dressing and spring salad. So much spring goodness. Afterward we’ll sit down together to enjoy lunch. You’ll receive a folder with all the class recipes for your notes and ongoing success at home.
