Teaching Keys for Healthier Living“This is my invariable advice to people: learn how to cook–try new recipes, learn from your mistakes, be fearless and above all have fun!”  Julia Child

It’s Happening!

My Culinary Coaching launched this past week with a fabulous cooking class. The class included an amazing group of twelve women and took place in a private home in a gorgeous valley northeast of Bozeman. We Culinary Coachingprepared and enjoyed a full menu of healthful and delicious dishes from Lavender Lemonade and Stir-fried Edamame w/ Garlic, Chili & Ginger to Vietnamese Salad Rolls with Spicy Peanut Sauce and Rhubarb, Apple ‘n Ginger Crisp for dessert. I’ll share the Lavender Lemonade and Salad Roll recipes with you in future posts.

I’ve also added another page under events (under the “Culinary Coaching” menu tab) that includes a gallery of some of the photos Robin Blanc Mascari took of Wednesday’s class—a most perfect day in Big Sky Country.

Sharing my Enthusiasm (c) rbmascariIn preparation for the class, I completed my new Culinary Classes & Coaching brochure. It is now online under the same “Culinary Coaching” menu tab. Take a look when you have a moment. I included the above quote from Julia Child in the brochure as it is the raison d’être behind my new endeavor.

Food has the potential to transform our lives, if only we know where and how to begin—which is where I come in. My passion is food whether I’m preparing it, eating it, growing it or photographing it.  I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm and skills by offering individual and group classes and talks, kitchen reorganization, meal planning, recipes, preparation tips, cooking skills, etc.
