Take a culinary journey exploring the foods of Morocco and Japan. Upcoming Winter Healthy Cooking Classes feature the season’s bounty of vegetables and fruits. Expand your repertoire, boost your confidence, discover new flavors and enjoy dishes from two of the world’s most creative cuisines. All while learning kitchen basics, tips and techniques for healthier cooking.
Take a break from January’s flocked trees and knee-deep snow to savor the exotic spices, rich flavors and distinctive recipes of Morocco. Enjoy a Roasted Shrimp with Preserved Lemon amuse bouche, a Seven-Vegetable Moroccan Tagine and fresh Cinnamon Honeybell Oranges.
In February, taste and learn to use a number of the unique ingredients that make Japanese cuisine so inimitable. Chirashi Sushi with lots of toppings, Miso soup and special Matcha Shortbread round out the menu.
